Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been unsealed after delivery.

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please email us first, and note that return postage is at your own cost. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right. Please email us at mikaylachase18@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Wrong or missing items

If something isn't right with your order, get in touch and we'll sort it quickly.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
